A wish granting device? Those always end up something like the monkey paw in one way or another... but I guess it sounds tempting. I don't think I would participate if I had a choice though. Wars... are always terrible everywhere.

However! ] That's all over with for now. I might be summoned again in the future to fight another time, but there's no point worrying about that.

Is that so? I prefer a quiet sort of peace, but... you're right that would be much more interesting. I think I would have to worry more about the lives of others that way.
